Exosite Serves as Silver Sponsor at AWS re:Invent

by Josh Simi, on October 9, 2015

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota (October 8, 2015) – Exosite is excited to serve as a Silver sponsor at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) re:Invent conference and exhibition at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 6th – 9th. Exosite will unveil cutting-edge demos that leverage the IoT-optimized platform services it has built on AWS. These services enable original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to easily manage manufacturing, device provisioning, and fleet management for any connected product deployment.

The sold-out AWS re:Invent show features over 250 high-powered educational sessions, including certification exams, hackathons, bootcamps, and hands-on technical breakouts. The four-day event also includes an exhibition hall, where Exosite will be located in booth 847 near the IoT Pavilion.

In its booth, Exosite will demo a high-performance SRAM road bike featuring Quarq’s Internet-connected power meter. Cloud connectivity allowed Quarq to cut the cables typically associated with telemetry systems and offer elite athletes groundbreakingly seamless access to their performance data when and where they needed it. It also revolutionized the race-day experience, providing real-time, visual data feeds to help spectators appreciate the highly competitive and dynamic nature of racing and to help race commentators provide competitive race analysis.

Exosite will also demo an Internet-connected frozen softserve dessert machine developed by Stoelting, a food-service industry first. This connected product will transform the food-service industry by providing customers with an automated service experience that increases convenience, access, and customization options for their favorite soft serve flavors and toppings.
